First Degree Reiki, or Reiki I is the beginners level and is an experiential journey into, and an awareness of, the world of energy, in order to enhance the balance between ones physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. 

The course includes a comprehensive manual, teaching, demonstrations, practice, four attunements, 21 day journal, certificate and follow-up. In person workshops take place over 2 days, with pre and post learning which is ongoing.

First Degree Reiki is complete in itself; its focus is self healing and the first step in a Reiki journey of self development. It is suitable for anyone who wants to develop their own self healing and share with family, friends and PETS.
