I am prone to carrying a lot of tension in my jaw, and whilst I have regular massage for an existing lower back issue, I was interested in exploring facial reflexology for a more targeted treatment having read about the many benefits that it can offer in reducing and alleviating facial muscle tension.
At the outset, Dawn planned a thorough consultation to determine what my issues and concerns were, and also to determine which facial reflexology techniques could be used to achieve the best possible results.
Over the course of 3 appointments with Dawn, facial reflexology has most definitely helped reduced a lot of the tension that I carry in my jaw, but also successfully relieved neck and shoulder niggles. Through Dawn being able to release the tension in the facial muscles, I have also noticed subtle changes in the shape of my face, and improvements in my skin and sleep too.
Dawn is very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. She has a lovely treatment room that offers a calm and comfortable space allowing you to drift off into a state of deep relaxation.
